Yesterday night in a pub of Maroseyka street, Moscow, I made an official statement that I would start my own blog. Since it was made in front of three witnesses (and I am in general quite a responsible person) I have no choice but to follow up on my promise despite my poor knowledge of modern communications media.

The purpose of this blog is twofold. First, I would like to share my experience of living and working in Moscow after 7 years abroad. Second, I would like to express my first impressions of working for the European Union. In the following four months I will be doing an internship at the representation of the European Commission in Moscow. I hope these four months will be a new and exciting period and I am looking forward to share this experience with my friends!
